German users are required to include return postage with their letters; unfortunately this is almost impossible from outside Germany, because I can't use foreign stamps, and trying to exchange small amounts of money at a bank is quite expensive. Therefore I ask you to include a picture postcard or a photograph of your home town with your first letter as a substitute for the return postage. This is NOT a shareware fee or such.
